Ein Earnings-Termin ist der Tag, an dem ein börsennotiertes Unternehmen seine Zahlen für ein abgeschlossenes Quartal veröffentlicht — Umsatz, Gewinn und Ausblick. Weil Analysten vorher schätzen, wie diese Zahlen ausfallen, bewegt die Veröffentlichung den Kurs oft stärker als jede andere Nachricht des Quartals.
Vorbörslich bedeutet: Das Unternehmen veröffentlicht die Zahlen vor Handelsbeginn, meist ein bis zwei Stunden vor der Eröffnung. Nachbörslich heißt, die Zahlen kommen nach Handelsschluss. Eine genaue Uhrzeit gibt es in den Termindaten nicht, deshalb steht hier nur diese Einordnung — erfundene Uhrzeiten wären irreführend.
Der Kalender wird täglich früh am Morgen aktualisiert. Verschiebt ein Unternehmen seinen Termin, steht das neue Datum spätestens am Folgetag hier. Der Datenstand jedes Termins ist gespeichert und steht unter der Tabelle.
Die Abweichung vergleicht den berichteten Gewinn je Aktie mit dem, was Analysten im Mittel erwartet hatten. Plus 10 Prozent heißt: Das Unternehmen hat 10 Prozent mehr verdient als geschätzt. Ein Minus steht für eine Verfehlung. Ist keine Schätzung vorhanden oder liegt sie bei null, bleibt das Feld leer.
