Dividenden-Aktien
Dividenden-Aktien zahlen ihren Aktionären regelmäßig einen Teil des Gewinns aus. Die Tabelle zeigt große US-Unternehmen mit mindestens drei Prozent Dividendenrendite und über zehn Milliarden Dollar Börsenwert — also etablierte Zahler, keine Zockerwerte.
Eine hohe Dividendenrendite allein ist noch kein Kaufargument: Sie kann auch entstehen, weil der Kurs eingebrochen ist und der Markt an der Nachhaltigkeit der Ausschüttung zweifelt. Deshalb gehören Gewinnentwicklung und Ausschüttungsquote immer mit auf den Prüfstand.
Interessant sind Dividendenzahler vor allem für Anleger, die laufende Erträge schätzen — sei es als psychologische Unterstützung beim Durchhalten oder als planbarer Zahlungsstrom.
